British citizenship

If you have British parentage then you may well qualify for British citizenship.

If you or your spouse/unmarried partner are entitled to British citizenship then we can quickly take care of the necessary paper work to enable you to legally commence employment in UK.

EU/EEA citizenship

There are 25 member states, each with their own rules. If you have EU/EEA parentage then you may well qualify for citizenship

UK ancestry status

To qualify for this you must be a commonwealth citizen with a British-born grandparent (by blood or UK adoption). Commonwealth countries are:

If you or your spouse/unmarried partner are entitled to UK ancestry status then we can take care of the necessary paper work to enable you to legally commence employment in the UK.

Be aware that the most common difficulty with this type of application is tracking down one or other of the more distant ancestors’ full names and date of birth.

Dependant of permit-holder

In general terms you must be the spouse or unmarried partner of the principal applicant, or the dependent child (under 18, but older in certain circumstances).

Aged parents can also qualify in certain circumstances.

If you qualify, then you can accompany your partner to the UK and take up legal employment, provided that you have successfully applied for entry clearance. We can take care of this clearance on your behalf.

Employer work permit

A prospective employer will need to apply to the Home Office for a work permit entitling them to employ you within their organisation.

All applicants should ideally be graduates, with at least three years of relevant experience; non-graduates with appropriate experience may also be successful.

HSMP

This is an immigration status that can only be applied for by the individual. It is based on a point-scoring system and intended to be purely objective.

Points are awarded for number of years of work experience, income over past twelve months, level of qualifications and graduate or employment status. Those below the age of 28 need fewer points to qualify.

Good quality documentation is essential, and we would expect virtually all applicants to be graduates, failing which they should have several years of relevant experience.
