Keith Rattray’s media career commenced in 1990 and across the ensuing 15-year period he has: sold TV, bought TV, pioneered DiTV and headed up one of the biggest digital media agencies in the UK, Carat Digital.
Identifying talented media people has been crucial at every step along this career path and never more so than whilst at the helm of a rapidly growing digital team.
Taking recruitment on to a new level for both employees and employers was Keith’s vision that culminated in the birth of
dot-gap. The company is dedicated to the career progression of talented digital media people by identifying their core strengths and interests and matching these with appropriate positions with appropriate employers.
